Shipping / Return policies

Shipping Policy:
All orders placed before 5pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 5pm will be dispatched the following day, excluding Sundays.
We ship all orders via Royal Mail 1st Class for quick and reliable delivery.

Return Policy:
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not 100% satisfied with your oil, you can return it within 14 days of delivery, as long as the product is unopened.
For hygiene reasons, opened items cannot be returned.
